Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via various channels (Zendesk & email).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures for troubleshooting previously encountered scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support technical solutions.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.

You must have at least the following:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries.
• Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office software.
• Knowledge of hardware components and peripheral devices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Supervisory Duties: No supervisory duties.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Occasionally move inside the office to access file cabinets, office machines, etc.
• Prolonged periods of being stationary at a desk and working on a computer
• Communicating with others to exchange information via typing
• Must have close-range clarity of vision with or without corrective lens
• Interact appropriately with a variety of individuals including customers, clients, and vendors and under adverse circumstances
• Must maintain regular attendance and be punctual
• Must be able to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
