Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via various channels (Zendesk & email).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures for troubleshooting previously encountered scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support technical solutions.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
You must have at least the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries.
- Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office software.
- Knowledge of hardware components and peripheral devices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Supervisory Duties: No supervisory duties.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Occasionally move inside the office to access file cabinets, office machines, etc.
- Prolonged periods of being stationary at a desk and working on a computer
- Communicating with others to exchange information via typing
- Must have close-range clarity of vision with or without corrective lens
- Interact appropriately with a variety of individuals including customers, clients, and vendors and under adverse circumstances
- Must maintain regular attendance and be punctual
- Must be able to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
