Coneth Solutions, Inc. is a managed IT services and cybersecurity firm in the Central Valley.
We provide automated services and support and IT consulting for small and medium sized businesses under 100 endpoints throughout Northern California.
We are looking for IT Support professionals to provide end-user helpdesk, desktop support, and server administration. 80% to 90% is conducted over the phone using remote control software.
Responsibilities also include staging, setup and installation of desktop, server and network equipment at customer sites - 10% to 20%.
This is a great opportunity to build an IT career in the Central Valley with little or no commute!
3 to 5 years hands on experience in a desktop support, helpdesk role or network administrator position is required.
Prefer candidates with a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Business with an emphasis in CIS.
Technical school graduates or community college graduates specializing in IT are also encouraged to apply.
Vendor certifications are a major plus such as COMPTIA, MCSE, MCSA, A+, CCNA etc.
Excellent communication, customer service, phone and written skills are required.
Candidate must pass qualifying technical assessment exam.'
