Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Deliver excellent customer service to all end-users with ownership and follow through.
- Maintain the computer network ensuring continuous operation. This includes network servers, work stations, copiers and printers.
- Provide technical assistance and basic training to team members.
- Maintenance user accounts.
- Manage the company telephone system (land line and cell phone).
- Support end users via phone and remote support tools.
- Travel to store locations to install/fix/upgrade equipment.
- Install, manage and monitor security equipment.
- Ensure all computers have up to date security software.
- Effectively manage time to ensure calls and help desk tickets are responded to in a timely manner.
- Maintain systems: establish and manage user accounts, distribution lists, on boarding and off boarding users, and security controls.
- Perform daily backup of critical data and coordinate the offsite storage of the backup.
- Research and submit ideas for new technology as necessary to meet the needs of the company.
- Assist with other IT projects as needed.
- Ensure a safe working environment. Maintain situational awareness, identify and rectify any safety issues or violations of law or company policy.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties assigned as necessary.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is located indoors. Occasional travel to store locations. The noise level in the work environment is usually low.
Physical Requirements:
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the day.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs at times.
- Fine motor skills needed to fix equipment.
- Able to drive to store locations as needed.
This is a full-time position, scheduled 40 hours/week.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in IT support preferred
- Understanding of Microsoft AD and related products
