Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the agency's computer systems, assess and troubleshoot errors and lag and update and upgrade systems
- Provide the necessary support for issues related to laptops, tablets, smartphones, desktops, computer peripherals, such a printers, copiers, scanners, hard drives, and monitors
- Provide technical support to workforce members and ensures systems are running effectively and efficiently to the organization's needs
Additional Expectations:
- Communicates department or job-related concerns to supervisor and makes suggestions for improvement in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Conducts self in a professional manner that positively reflects the agency culture.
- Demonstrates competent verbal communication with internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree in a technical discipline, such as computer science, information technology, computer engineering
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, with an acceptable driving record and use of an insured vehicle.
- Travel to various locations throughout the week is required
