We are seeking an IT Service Technician to join our Kurita America IT service group. Reporting to the Director of IT Service, the successful service focused candidate will have the ability to assess customer needs and align IT service offerings to meet those needs. In addition, the Service Technician will ensure that daily operation of the service desk including configuration management, change management, incident and problem management and IT compliance are performed within established service levels.

Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot IoT gateway hardware.
- Maintain acceptable incident and service response levels.
- Responsible for maintaining the IoT CMDB.
- Monitor and maintain the security and integrity of information databases to ensure preservation of assets and recovery of information in event of a malfunction.
- Occasionally, IT services technician will assist with systems audits to identify technologies affected, as well as verify application results.
- A minimum of a 2-year associate degree with major coursework in information systems related focus or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with o365, WAN/LAN support, PC support and IT administration
- Strong network troubleshooting skills
