Job Description
- Field dispatch cases at customer sites, including repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other various equipment.
- Projects and cases installing, refreshing, replacing, and removing equipment.
- Working with end-users to resolve issues.
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Providing updates to management as needed.
- Great training opportunities and growth available.
- Field Service Experience
- A+ Certification is preferred
- Dell, Lenovo, Mac experience or training is preferred
- Must be able to follow written instructions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Hardware break-fix experience
- Must be able to follow written instructions
- Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Great people skills/customer service
