About the position
- This position is responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to the NerdsToGo franchise network, focusing on resolving service tickets, managing internal Microsoft 365 and Google systems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- This role assists franchisees and their employees in solving technical/IT issues and trains them to become self-sufficient in addressing future challenges.
- This position supports the Operations Team and overall business objectives of NerdsToGo by fostering strong franchisee relationships and ensuring efficient and effective use of technology resources.
The Ideal Candidate
Prior ConnectWise Manage and RMM experience preferred
- Has experience in network or systems administration or relevant coursework
- Is familiar with administering and configuring firewalls from various vendors including Watchguard, Arista, and Cisco
- Familiarity with VLANS and subnetting
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
What We Need
Education/Experience/Certifications
- Previous experience working in a Service Desk/helpdesk environment
- Bachelor's degree in technology field preferred
- Certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco preferred
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
