IT Service Desk Responsibilities:
- Assist with incoming IT requests via phone, tickets, and help desk orders.
- Maintain great customer service with clients by building rapport and solving problems for help desk customers.
- Test fixes to ensure problems are adequately resolved.
- Assist with tracking, documenting, and recording help desk requests or issues within the system.
- Assist with software/hardware resolution as well as diagnostic and troubleshooting duties.
- Assist with desktop support and provide hands on assistance with installations, updates, or configurations of computer software or hardware.
- Perform resolution follow-up calls to ensure the client has satisfactory resolution results.
- Perform other related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
IT Service Desk Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience with Computer hardware or software troubleshooting (will accept candidates with a degree equivalent in Computer Science or IT).
- Minimum of 3 months of experience with desktop operating systems.
- Prior experience testing and maintenance of computer systems.
- The passion to grow and develop their technical support skills.
- Bilingual – English & Spanish preferred.
IT Service Desk Pay Rate:
$19.00 per hour
