We are seeking candidates with a proactive work ethic: forward-thinking, change-oriented, with a growth mindset. You will be responsible for expanding the use of Identity Management tools and processes in the enterprise in an autonomous environment.
You will work on a team supporting our mission, which includes integrating with third-party software and on-premises infrastructure to ensure seamless user experience, high availability, and stay ahead of the needs of the business. This work will require cross-team communication and alignment with business functions, and could also include automation and process improvement efforts.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage onboarding & offboarding of users and identities
Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks and related opportunities for internal control improvement
Understand complex business and information technology management processes
Responsible for triaging, troubleshooting and resolving support tickets for Sailpoint platform
Responsible for rolling out production changes and application onboarding to Sailpoint
Reports KPIs, KRIs and effectively manages and prioritize support tickets
Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions
Identifying and resolving technical and cross-functional project issues
Managing project scope, risk and change control and resolving issues where necessary
Working closely with end users to ensure the project meets business needs
Oversee execution of various QC activities such as Unit test, Integration test, Performance test, User acceptance test, etc.
Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programs
The expected base salary ranges from $64k-$100k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
