Position: IT Risk AND Control Tester (HR Domain)

- Strong working & functional knowledge on HR domain with IT/ Automated Controls testing.
- Understanding of Regulations governing HR function
- Ability to read/ understand complex regulations and articulate and breakdown into simpler language and document it for stakeholders/ teams understanding.
- Experience in Control & Transactional testing (Test of Design (ToD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (ToE))
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) & ability to facilitate walkthrough sessions.
- Auditing & Testing experience required.
- Responsible for ensuring the data integrity of the regulatory reporting processes by testing the transactions.
- Support detailed and accurate documentation on business requirements and consolidating with stakeholders through a walkthrough session.
- Create and evaluate attributes to ensure accurate and timely review of enterprise transactions.
- Interface with cross functional stakeholders to ensure common understanding and agreement on the test procedures.
- Ability to understand processes, policies, and procedures to assess effectiveness on the testing.
- Suggest improvement actions.
- Provide data analysis for initial evaluation of samples.
- Ability to challenge information presented, providing explanation to ensure that agreement is achieved.
