Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a knack for leading software or application development projects? Responsibilities
As a Software DevelopmentProject Manager - you will be responsible for:
1. Managing end-to-end software and application development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
2. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
3. Leading and coordinating the project team from concept through final implementation.
4. Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
5. Utilizing project management tools such as Jira and Asana to track project progress and manage resources effectively.
6. Facilitating team meetings and implementing Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
7. Identifying and managing project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
8. Reporting on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management, particularly in leading software and application development projects.
2. Proficiency in project management software such as Jira and Asana.
3. Demonstrable experience in managing projects in an Agile Scrum environment.
4. Solid understanding of the Software Development life cycle (SDLC) and experience in managing end-to-end Software Development projects.
5. Strong knowledge of product development processes.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
