Are you passionate about driving security initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the safety and integrity of products? We are seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager to lead the integration of security tools across our enterprise.
As a key member of the Office of Product Safety and Security (OPSS), you will play a pivotal role in establishing and executing a comprehensive roadmap to enhance our security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the creation of a high-level security tool integration plan based on feedback from stakeholders and partners across functions. Drive the execution roadmap to ensure successful adoption across all Product Development Business Units.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with DevSecOps and product engineering teams to understand pipeline environments and ensure a scalable deployment approach. Manage dependencies between teams, including DevOps, DevSecOps, Project Teams, and Tool Teams (ALM), to facilitate seamless integration.
Objective Setting and Measurement: Define OKRs with clear leading/lagging indicators, baseline metrics, and targets to measure roadmap progress. Regularly monitor and report progress to stakeholders, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
Agile Execution: Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum and SAFe) to execute activities efficiently. Leverage RA Project Management tools such as Jira and Align to track progress and manage tasks effectively.
Communication and Influence: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence Business Unit priorities and translate roadmap objectives to cross-functional stakeholders. Conduct regular reviews to provide visibility into roadmap execution progress and risks.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product development.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes.
Proficiency in tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, Harness, Coverity, Jira, Jira Align, etc.
Familiarity with DevSecOps tools for automating security integration throughout the software development lifecycle.
Awareness of cybersecurity and product development standards/practices (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST SSDF).
