Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain department compliance with federal and state and local laws, including NM Gaming Statutes Rules and MIC’s.
- Maintain multiple-server domain (network) and Ethernet-based telephone system
- Setup and maintain computer workstations, servers and networking equipment including hubs and switches.
- Implement Security Measures for gaming compliance
- Anticipate and report the Cost of replacing or updating a variety of systems
- Set up and maintain network-based telephones and telcom equipment.
- Setup and maintain network and special application user accounts
- Respond to all Casino and Department IT needs. Provide help-desk support.
- Conduct other Information Services functions as required. Maintain and develop as necessary, the internet operation throughout the property.
- Safeguard assets of SunRay Park and casino.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers
- Develop current and long term goals and objectives for the department
- Cooperate and maintain effective communication with other managers, staff, employees and customers
- Protect the assets of the company
- Comply to Sunray Park and Casino’s Employee Policy Handbook
- All other duties as assigned
Standard Qualifications:
- Ability to adapt to equipment and technology
- Pay keen attention to details
- May be required to crawl into tight spaces for wiring purposes
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft office programs
- Strong communication & Intrapersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Follow directions and analyze problems efficiently
- Strong Leadership skills
- Ability to lift heavy items over 25-50 pounds which varies per position
- The desire to be a team player
- Must be able willing and available to work any and all shifts
- May be required to stand for long periods of time
