The IT Manager – Data Quality & Migration will lead the Data Governance and Data management team, providing leadership, direction to project and functional resources within and outside their reporting structure, and championing the tactical direction of work and remove barriers within their sphere of influence.
What are the Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for direct oversight of staff, tactical execution and implementation of operational plans. Sets, articulates and oversees achievement of goals for assigned work-unit/sub-unit/function
- Proactively identifies, implements and manages process improvements and agile solutions within functional area.
- Champion the standardization of processes and tools throughout our eco system.
- Manage the seamless migration of Legacy Data
- Strategically handle legacy retirement initiatives
- Leads cross-functional discussions/initiatives to anticipate and mitigate issues and achieve required outcomes within required timeframes.
- Provides thorough subject matter expertise within assigned area and makes recommendations senior leadership to contribute to IT strategy.
- Prepares thorough and articulate executive summaries for senior leadership and collaborates decisions with senior IT leadership
- Influences, interacts and makes decisions impacting across assigned disciplines, capabilities, services, technologies, domains or systems.
- Ensures adherence to practices, procedures, precedents, policy and senior leadership direction.
- Tracks and ensures that expenses fall within budget.
What is Required:
- 3+ years’ experience managing or leading IT teams, especially leading data engineers, software developers, etc.
- Experience with data management tools and informatica to optimize the data processes
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to enhance Data Quality, Lineage, Data Catalog, Asset Inventory, Data Classification, Reference Data practices
- Experience leading teams to ensure rapid access and presentation of real time data
- Highly refined communication skills including ability to negotiate, build consensus, clearly articulate to technical and non-technical audiences, communicate difficult messages in a professional and productive manner, excellent presentation and facilitation competence and ability to represent IT as a leader in cross-functional discussions/initiatives
- Strong knowledge of and experience with SDLC
- Demonstrated success in building trust and strategic partnerships with assigned business area contacts, project teams and leadership to facilitate two-way communication
- Hands on experience in applying overall IT strategy and apply/implement IT strategy within the team
- Expert-level ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately at all levels and audiences
- Deep, thorough understanding of business processes being supported
- Successful experience leading and coaching people
- High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy
- Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience IT related field

Annualized Salary Range: $111,400 - $181,000
Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $111,400 - $139,200
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
