J.A. Uniforms company culture emphasizes teamwork and professionalism. Currently we have a position available for a Full-Time IT Administrator (Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.) Occasional over-time may be required.
As an apparel company, JA Uniforms is undergoing several technology initiatives. The role of IT Administrator is pivotal in overseeing initiatives that will result in a reduction of operating costs, an increase in the processing of data and improved customer service. Requirements:
1. J.A. Uniforms utilizes the following software (experience or comparable experience in a similar software is required):
· SAP
· Shopify
· Adobe In-Design
· Illustrator
· Photoshop
· Microsoft Outlook and Excel
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
3. Project Management Skill Set that includes: planning projects, assessing risks and opportunities, creating budgets, communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders, trouble shooting problems and keeping the team on task
4. Ability to type minimum of 55 WPM
5. Strong business writing skills
6. Proficient communicating in English
7. Must have an attention to detail
8. Excellent problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- SAP Management: Lead final phase of SAP implementation, including its connectivity to online portals. Your expertise in integrating and managing various business processes will be crucial in supporting our organization's operations and decision-making processes.
- Website: responsible for the day-to-day operations of our website. This includes updating content, monitoring performance, and ensuring security.
- Online Ordering Portals: Assist in set up of online ordering portals and troubleshooting issues that arise
- Security: Implement and manage IT related security issues
- Manage our organization's IT infrastructure, encompassing networks, servers, computers, and software. While relying on outside contractors for complex issues, you will act as a project manager to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Basic company-based computer related troubleshooting.
- The implementation, support, maintenance, repair or protection of data or computer systems.
