Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC is seeking candidates for anIT Intern for our Dallas Support Center located in Addison, Texas. The IT Intern works alongside the IT team and reports to the IT Manager.

What Does an IT Intern Do?
- Assist IT staff with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Provide basic user support and resolve trouble tickets
- Support and configure communication systems (VoIP, cellular devices)
- Set up computers, laptops, and printers
- Participate in special projects as directed by IT staff
- Manage and update IT inventory records
What Does It Take to Be Successful As An IT Intern?
- Senior-level IT student or advanced IT knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams
- Strong motivation to learn and grow
- Availability to work up to 20 hours per week initially
- Flexibility and openness to new opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening ability and a commitment to keeping managers informed
- Dependability and punctuality
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
