It Governance Program Manager

Job Description
As the IT Governance Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing governance structures needed to facilitate the seamless delivery and support of technology solutions. This role involves facilitating the development and execution of both operational and strategic governance processes for Information Technology at the North American Level.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of the governance processes which support the integration of IT as a shared service provider in North America with the respective North American subsidiaries. The governance / integration will be in the following forms:

• Functional process operational committees: encompassing IT business partners (IT BPs), IT delivery, and business process owners (BPOs) within in finance, manufacturing, sales and distribution, planning, procurement/supply chain, and direct-to-consumer functions across the Lindt North American Subsidiaries.
• Internal IT Business Office Review Meetings: Encompassing the Lindt and Sprüngli North American IT Leadership Team, Lindt and Sprüngli North America IT Finance and Procurement focusing on active management of IT department's financial performance and establishing prioritized areas of focus in strategic supplier management and cost-saving measures.
• IT Delivery Review Meetings: encompassing the Lindt and Sprüngli North American IT Leadership Team, and the CFOs of Lindt and Sprüngli North America and subsidiaries focusing on reviewing the health of IT projects and services, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing oversight to day-to-day oversight to IT financial budgets.
• IT Strategy Reviews within Lindt and Sprüngli North American Joint Business Planning (JBP) Meetings: encompassing the Lindt and Sprüngli North American IT Leadership Team, and the CEOs and CFOs of Lindt and Sprüngli North America and subsidiaries focusing on broader discussion on key performance indicators and how IT initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals, and exploration of upcoming technologies that could impact the business.
• Comprehensive documentation for IT governance processes, workflows, and operating procedures at the North American Level: including integrating industry standards such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) into the documentation framework to ensure alignment with globally recognized best practices. Your role plays a pivotal part in fostering a standardized and efficient IT environment, promoting adherence to industry standards, and supporting the organization's overall governance objectives.
• Control Compliance for Lindt and Sprüngli North American IT Organization: Ensuring the effectiveness of IT controls and compliance with policies and regulations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years' experience in Information Technology program/project management
• Prior experience in developing and implementing IT governance processes in a large organization.
• Proven track record of collaboration and influence outside of direct control
• Ability to engage with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, ranging from frontline IT staff managing daily operations to the top leadership teams of North American subsidiaries.
• Capacity to craft effective structures and processes
• Natural inclination for discipline and meticulous follow-up
• Exceptional communication skills
• Adeptness in navigating a matrix organization to achieve results through indirect influence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at an IT professional Services firm developing and implementing IT governance structures for multiple clients or several years of experience in an office of the CIO (OCIO) or IT Strategy Role in a manufacturing or Consumer Product Goods (CPG) Company.
• Project management certification(s)
• SAP certification(s)
• Working knowledge of SAP Analytics tools - AfO, SAC, Datasphere
