• What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? On-call?): Monday thru Friday 9 to 6 with an on call rotation for weekends and afterhours
• How many overall years of experience should this person have? 1 to 2 years field service experience, CompTIA A+ certification is recommended and if they have any OEM certs such as Client, Lexmark, Dell, Lenovo would be a plus
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? Computer knowledge and basic break/fix skills
• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $18-20
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Potentially up to 75 mi, but most days should be less. • What is the exact work location or city, state, zip? Kansas City •
