Form of workwork from home as field dispatch tech, Mon-Fri 10-7, oncall every 3 weeks, will be covering 2 dedicated sites as well as helping in the field when needed and running oncall every 3 weeks.
Need desktop experience, printer repair experience, professional and polite.
Is this position remote or in person? Remote in the field or at 2 dedicated sites • What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Running field dispatch cases – printer repair, desktop, server and network support.
• What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Some desktop support and printer repair experience. MUST have field dispatch experience!! • What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? Afterhours?) Mon-Fri 10-7, on-call every 3 weeks (covers sat & sun when OC) • How many overall years of experience should this person have? 1-2 years' experience. No candidates new to the field • Do they need any specific certifications or education? N/A – A+ is a plus! • If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $20 • How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? 50-100 per day, will vary. Will cover San Antonio and surrounding areas (1-1.5 hours outside of the city) • What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? Techs will be in the field, but the 2 dedicated sites are located in San Antonio and new braunfels • How soon will the candidate review and interviews start?
