Job Title: IT ERP Product Lead
Duties: Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks an IT ERP Product Lead in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to develop software and IT solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with enterprise architecture, information security, and application and infrastructure teams to produce software designs. Design, develop, deploy, and transition ABAP and FIORI solutions. Develop ABAP solutions based on business requirements. Enhance business processes, expand capacity, and introduce automation to increase overall effectiveness. Develop software architecture blueprints and designs. Interpret functional requirements and use case scenarios to translate business needs into software solutions. Develop custom reports and interfaces to improve business processes and streamline information. Utilize CDS views and AMDP. Analyze current SAP architecture and set direction for the SAP architecture roadmap, sales, and marketing to support go-to-market strategies. Utilize technologies including ABAP, UI5, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, Labels, EDI, and Interface. Build technical platforms for business processes. Identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for software development improvement. Local telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days per week. Salary: $123,386 - $138,460
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus five progressive years of developing software and IT solutions experience. Must have at least five years of experience in each of the following: 1. Designing, developing, deploying, and transitioning ABAP and FIORI solutions; 2. Developing ABAP solutions based on business requirements; 3. Developing software architecture blueprints and designs; 4. Utilizing CDS views and AMDP; 5. Analyzing current SAP architecture and setting direction for the SAP architecture roadmap, sales, and marketing to support go-to-market strategies; 6. Utilizing technologies including ABAP, UI5, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, Labels, EDI, and Interface; and 7. Building technical platforms for business processes.
