Overview
NJM Insurance Group is accepting applications for our Summer 2024 Internship Program. We are looking for motivated and dynamic interns to learn and assist our Enterprise Support Team. The intern will work closely with the our team performing business-focus projects and tasks, propose ideas and contribute ways to grow and improve our strategic goals.
The Enterprise Support department within NJM works to support the Enterprise packaged solutions responsible for document imaging, creation, routing and transformation. We maintain an understanding of Enterprise packaged software functions and capabilities, relating to how these solutions are implemented at NJM, and provide technical guidance regarding product capabilities. Enterprise Support team plays a key role in activities including validation and alignment of business requirements from a technical perspective, solution installation, solution maintenance as well as operational support. An Enterprise Support intern will work together with the Enterprise Support team to build their knowledge of key ECM products, provide assistance with various project and maintenance tasks, and gain hands-on experience working in a team setting and business environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to Enterprise team by assisting with various administrative tasks, reports, incident support, maintenance tasks and responsibilities.
- Provide assistance with testing, coordinating and implementation tasks for on-going projects and application upgrades.
- Completion of daily ES reports, diagnostics and system checks.
- Application-specific related tasks for the major Enterprise Support products (OnBase and Inspire) - including migrations, user access forms, configuration updates, maintenance and cleanup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Assisting with the investigation of issues reported by other groups or project teams
Qualifications
- 3.0 or above GPA
- Rising junior or senior working towards a four-year Bachelor's Degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology or Management Information Systems.
- Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, SQL Server Database
- Demonstrate analytical, verbal and communication skills
- Track record of taking initiative and managing multiple competing priorities
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
