(This position is full-time with benefits and time-limited anticipated to extended to July 31, 2025. Hiring salary will be based on experience, credentials, internal pay equity, and statewide rules.)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under general supervision, analyze enterprise-wide customer business needs and participates in the planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems that may serve multiple state entities.
PRIMARY DITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyzes cost effectiveness of automating business processes and modification of existing systems
Analyzes operations to determine business requirements and needs
Analyzes science, engineering, business and all other data processing problems to determine feasibility and cost effectiveness of technology solutions
Documents business processes for users of new or upgraded system
Works with business owners, IT manager, staff and vendors in order to provide timely and efficient IT coordination of security services to meet agency needs.
This position may require some travel.
Completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
DOAS participates in a hybrid work environment and
telework is encouraged with some days in the office required.
MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years in a related position
OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of related experience, Two years of which in a related position
OR Two years of experience at the lower level IT Enterprise Busi Anlyst 1 (ITP180) or position equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess one or more of the following items below. PLEASE CLEARLY INDICATE YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF THESE QUALIFICATIONS ON YOUR RESUME.
Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) for a large organization.
Experience administering Workday Learning.
Experience in public sector organizations.
Experience migrating learning content from one system to another.
