It Desktop Support (Temp) - 21224

Overview

We are seeking an IT Desktop Support candidate for a temporary assignment in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. The selected candidate will work with business users to provide critical support to keep our teams up and running.

 

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

 

This position is on-site

This position estimated to be 2 months in length

Candidates with ServiceNow experience are highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop hardware configuration and upgrades, monitoring, software installations, hardware upgrades, imaging and PC deployment

• Manage a Windows Environment, (AD account maintenance, security groups and permissions)

• Using our ServiceNow ticketing management system, you'll be installing and configuring standard desktop packages, liaising with third-party maintenance engineers as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• A valid Drivers License

• Proven experience in an IT support role; both remote and in-person

• ServiceNow experience is highly preferred
