- Our client, a growing government contractor seeks an accomplished mid to senior level Contract Recruiter with IT experience.

The Role
The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for healthcare IT positions. He/she will partner will business leaders, hiring managers, HR and all other key stakeholders to build recruiting strategies and identify the best talent for our client. The Temporary Corporate Recruiter will assess internal and external talent and source passive and active candidates. This role will grow into an opportunity to lead the recruitment efforts for the fastest growing, high-profile federal and state healthcare programs supporting the Affordable Care Act.
Key responsibilities include:- Accurately evaluating candidates based on core competencies and cultural fit
- Building effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of talent
- Managing the flow of employee referrals and candidates
- Compiling and communicating recruiting data and metrics and insuring compliance with hiring policies, practices, and company values
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Additional Qualifications- Experience handling a high volume of positions in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial ability to approach the challenges and opportunities of working in a dynamic industry
- Experience recruiting in the healthcare or federal contracting industries
- Team player who works well with counterparts from various functions/ departments and has the ability to influence the work of counterparts
