JOB DESCRIPTION / FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for running complex programs and projects - from design and development through production and deployment. Creates strategies for contingency planning and risk mitigation. Plans and schedules project goals, milestones, and deliverables. Creates and maintains Integrated Master Schedules. Defines requirements and plans the project lifecycle deployment. Defines resources and schedule for project and program implementation. Identifies and solves project issues effectively. Defines requirements for project risks. Designs and maintains project and technical documentation. Use extensive knowledge and experience in development of content strategy, information architecture, development of user stories, gathering and organizing content from a wide range of resources, interfacing and collaborating with stakeholders and documenting their content needs, ensuring content strategies meet business objectives, website governance. Perform content creation, consolidation, migration, and maintenance of internal websites and repositories in SharePoint. Prepare and submIT Content for website integration utilizing tools, templates, and formats prescribed by NASA website development teams and working groups. Test, provide feedback, make adjustment recommendations, and validate the intended outcome of website content creation and maintenance activities to NASA website development teams and working groups. Create and maintain content strategy and web governance for OCIO content based on existing NASA guidance and industry best practices, and document and revise content management processes and procedures.
EDUCATION AND PREVIOUS WORK REQUIREMENTS:
BS or BA and 10 years of relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
Strong leadership skills.
Possesses organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
Must be familiar with the entire scope and requirements of project(s).
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Governance experience, Heavy focus on Content management/Data management, ability to view from the end user perspective, strong interface/communication skills.
