Seeking a Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) with a Strategic Edge


We are actively searching for a Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO), also known in the industry as a Technical Account Manager, IT Client Advisor, or IT Solutions Strategist. This crucial role aims to elevate our client's technological trajectory by enhancing current services and introducing innovative, high-value solutions. As a vCIO, you will forge strategic relationships with key executive decision-makers, guiding long-term technology planning to ensure service excellence, innovation, reliability, and confidence in technology investments.

Position Requirements & Responsibilities


As a vital member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their go-to for all technical and strategic queries.
  • Conducting regular account management engagements, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to evaluate client progress, needs, and areas for improvement.
  • Performing detailed IT and network assessments to pinpoint optimization opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Crafting and overseeing the execution of technology and security strategies that align with client business goals and adhere to industry standards.
  • Offering strategic advice on IT infrastructure, network security, cloud solutions, and data management.
  • Proactively addressing client concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects and services are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and technologies to provide current and impactful guidance to clients.
  • Ensuring clear and transparent communication between clients and our team to foster trust and accountability.
  • Supporting business development through proposal creation, attending industry events, and assisting with new client onboarding.

Technical Proficiencies


  • Familiarity with network, system, and cloud administration (especially Azure and MS 365), alongside a solid foundation in process improvement and technical documentation.
  • Experience with MS Windows ecosystems, including server environments, MacOS, and a variety of tools such as N-Central, ConnectWise Control, Microsoft Azure, and many more listed.
  • Certifications related to the skills or products mentioned are highly regarded.
  • Prior experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is advantageous.

This role is based in Greenwood Village, CO.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000/year + OTE, dependent on experience.
