I.t. Assistant - Adult Training Programs

One IT Assistant to provide technology needs for multiple CTI Grant-Funded Adult Training Programs / CommunityEducation programs. Programs will run Spring / Summer 2024 and beyond. CTI CNC: ends April 3 (Mon-Thurs 4-9PM) -- on-site graduation 4/3/24 CTI PL: ends May 17 (Mon-Fri 4-8PM; M-Th in person/F virtual) -- on-site graduation 5/17/24 CTI EL: ends May 18 (Tu & Thurs 4-8PM; Sat 7AM-3PM) -- on-site graduation 5/18/24 CTI AU: ends May 31 (Tu, Thurs & Fri 5-9PM; Sat 8AM-2PM) -- on-site graduation 5/31/24 CTI PL: June 10-14 (Mon-Fri 4-8PM; M-Th in person/F virtual); June 17-August 21 (Mon & Tu 7AM-3PM; Wed 8AM-12PM(virtual) -- on-site Graduation 8/21 NCTI Tier 2 PL: June 17 - August 27 (Mon & Tu 4-8pm) and Sept 4-30 (Mon & Wed 4-8pm) NCTI JVSE Camp: July 8 - 26 (Mon-Fri 7AM-12PM) CTI EL: July 8 - August 9 (Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM) -- on-site graduation 8/9 NCTI Drivers Ed: July 15-19 (Mon-Fri 9AM-4PM)Duties include: NT email set up, provide help accessing web-based certification/Training Programs, troubleshooting technology issues,and assisting instructors / students as needed. Approximately 20 hrs / week - must have flexibility in schedule to alter hours based onprograms running/need.
Staff will be compensated at a grant-funded rate of $20.00 hourly for up to a maximum of 280 hrs.
