Position Summary: We are currently seeking a candidate to assist our IT Manager in email, cell phone and database management. This position will require data entry, assistance with mobile device (cell phones & scanners) support, troubleshooting and programming as well as the phone system and Remote desktop management. Training will be provided in route planning utilizing state of the art routing software. You will also assist with the delivery driver app on, route changes, training drivers on using the app, and various reports required daily.
Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience using route mapping software a plus (CXT)
- Time critical reporting
- Problem solving and customer service skills a must
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $1.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
