It Asset Manager

The IT Asset Manager will be responsible for the operational management of the Asset Management process. This role is fully remote and would need to work East Coast hours

• Ensure the appropriate inputs/outputs are being produced
• Subject Matter expert for IT Hardware Asset Management Processes and Procedures
• Produce/Suggest process KPI reporting
• Work with ServiceNow Support to implement tool enhancements
• Create and update process and procedure documentation for IT Hardware Asset management
• Monitor, assign, and where authorized, approve Service Catalog orders/requests routed via Customer's Service Management system
• Monitor existing product stocking levels and thresholds within stockrooms and follow existing processes to adjust those levels where appropriate
• Provide IT Asset Management expertise and support for IT projects as needed
• Serve as the initial escalation point for IT Hardware Asset Management issues

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• IT Hardware Asset Management Experience
• Strong reporting skills
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• High school diploma

Preferred Experience:

• ServiceNow Experience
• Professional certifications to include either ITIL, CITAM, CHAMP, etc.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
