It Analyst

Job Summary:

TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED
We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join our team. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our staff. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to LAN, VPN, and other IT infrastructure components
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for IT-related challenges
- Communicate effectively with end-users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of office software and other IT tools
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing system to track and prioritize support requests
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in technical support or help desk role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as LAN, VPN, etc.
- Proficient in software troubleshooting and technical support
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
