It Subject Matter Expert /Senior Technical Analyst

Background

Loch Harbour Group is seeking an experienced IT Subject Matter Expert/Senior Technical Analyst to assist the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The HUD OCIO is responsible for enabling the creation and sharing of business information in support of the HUD mission. The branch manages the HUD portfolio of information and information technologies (IT) to ensure HUDs IT investments generate business value while mitigating risks.

Job Duties

• Provide technical, managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and performance assessment.
• Make recommendations and advise on organization or enterprise-wide system improvements, requirements, systems design, optimization, or sustainment efforts.
• Support the Project Manager to develop and execute the IV & V plan and execute all activities required to verify and validate the technical solutions and schedules.
• Provide monthly Quality Assurance (QA) Monitoring Report that assesses the current performance of the IV&V Program.
• Possess strong verbal and written analytic skills.
• Writing, creating, and reporting on performance metrics such as SLAs, OLAs, KPIs.
• Audit desktop and laptop break-fix reporting.
• Experience in help desk operations to audit performance deliverables.
• System administrator skills.
