It Financial Analyst

We are looking for a candidate who is experienced with business applications, supporting financial applications and managing project costs. The Procurement Specialist will liaison with internal and external project teams to identify prospective suppliers and maintain spreadsheet of all activities.

• Work with internal team (engineering/Infrastructure/Operations/Project Management) to identify suppliers of goods and services and the needed equipment.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
• Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods.
• Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders.
• Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered.
• Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive
• Complete Weekly or Monthly status reports on progress.
• Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies and other bugs to be flushed out.

REQUIRED

• Bachelor degree required. Preferably in the following fields (Accounting, Business, Finance)
• 2+ years in an IT Finance or IT Procurement roles
• Knowledge of Microsoft, SharePoint and Excel
• Proven experience working as a procurement specialist.
• Additional certification in the field of procurement desired
• Strong knowledge of IT

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $39.09 - $47.08 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
