Description:
EDUCATION:
- Typically requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- 7-10 years’ experience working with businesses and information technology.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; SharePoint, Project,and Visio are preferred.
- Organized, detailed, collaborative, and customer oriented to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Great analytical and deductive reasoning skills to identify information technology opportunities, offermultiple solutions, and resolve conflict.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Ability to collaborate in a project team environment with commitment to deadlines.
- Ability to interpret and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a criminal record/fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice andFederal Bureau of Investigation per Easterseals of Southern California and/or program requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and documents business processes and information technology requirements. Collaborate withbusiness and service lines on delivering business requirements, system selection guidance, processimprovements, screen design, testing design and execution, policies, training design and delivery, liveactivations, and support.
- Manages the timelines, budget, scope, quality, risks, and communications of assigned informationtechnology projects.
- Maintains current industry and application knowledge to identify, propose, and collaborate on informationtechnology solutions. Utilizes best practices, based on research and involvement with industry groups andvendors.
- Designs and/or contributes to the creation of information technology policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
