It Administrator

Looking for an experienced IT Administrator with an attention to detail, care for customers, and a passion for learning. NTG cultivates a collaborative environment where transparency, honesty, integrity, and technical excellence are core values.

Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a part of a managed services team, preferably in the IT services industry.

Preferred Proficiency with:

• ConnectWise (PSA tool)
• Microsoft software and operating systems
• Networking (LAN and WAN) configuration, setup, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of Microsoft, WatchGuard, StorageCraft, Veeam, and VMware products as well as Dell/EMC server solutions. One or more of the following industry certifications Microsoft, VMware, or related certifications.

All applicants must possess valid driver's license and proof of insurance, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
