Philip J. Stylianos, Inc. since 1987, is strictly an Irrigation company, no landscaping, no low voltage lighting etc. All we do is irrigation. We are seeking to fill two openings for the upcoming season.
Technician: Applicant should have 1-2 years experience, ability to troubleshoot to a component level, knowledge of all type of controllers, back flows, valves and associated component(s), knowledge of 2-wire systems is very helpful, but not required and pay will be based on experience.
Technician Trainee: This position is for an individual that has no experience in the irrigation field, but is willing to learn a new trade and can follow instructions. In this position the individual will be working side by side with the owner. This would be an ideal opportunity for a retired police officer, firefighter, former public works employee or college student attending night school.
Both positions will require helping with installations when needed. Applicant must be in good physical shape, able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in all types of weather conditions.
These are seasonal positions. HOWEVER, a full time position could become available for the right candidate.
Monday-Friday ( 7:30am to approximately 3pm)
Saturdays are optional
