As the camp director, I'm seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for campers aged 6-15. As an overnight counselor, you'll have the opportunity to lead outdoor adventures, facilitate team-building activities, and provide mentorship and support to campers. Plus you et to live with us in the beautiful Northwoods.
Our ideal candidate is energetic, responsible, and dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all campers. Previous experience working with children in a camp or outdoor setting is preferred, but not required.
