Invoicing Clerk

JJob Summary:

The Sales Invoicing Clerk will assist in ensuring that Customers are invoiced promptly and accurately.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Generates sales invoices, reviews for accuracy, and emails to customers

· Generates invoices for shipments that are send from suppliers directly to the customer

· Reviews and processes requests for credit memos from customer service reps

· Creates supplier invoices for import shipments

· Processes intercompany sales transactions between related companies

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Competent working in Windows environment with Excel and Outlook.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Works well with other team members

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· At least two years of related experience preferred.

Must have experience doing accounting or invoicing in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
