Invoicing Clerk

The Invoicing Clerk position will report to the Invoicing Manager and will complete/verify all billing invoices being sent out to all internal and external clients/customers.
Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to work quickly and accurately while being able to change gears
• Experience in a similar role
• Clear and professional communications skills, both written and oral, for interactions with internal and external customers.
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with invoicing
• Experience using Quickbooks
• Experience using Microsoft Office
