OVERVIEW:
The Private Entities Processor reviews and processes clients' private entity investments and aids clients via phone, email, or in-person for any inquiries or concerns related to their investments. The Private Entities Processor will act as a mediator between the Private Entities Department and neighboring departments as well as carrying out assigned entry-level tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Private Entities Processor, you’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding their upcoming investments while using exemplary customer service via telephone, email, Zoom, and/or in-person
- Processing and reviewing new private entity investments for clients
- Ensuring all documentation is processed and fully executed by authorized signers
- Providing proper notation on all files, call logs, emails, and incoming mail in Salesforce
- Performing other job-related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for the role of Private Entities Processor, here are the skills we’re looking for:
- Previous customer service experience (a minimum of 6 months to 1 year)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills while being detail-oriented
- Time-management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with File Explorer & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- A high school diploma is required
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of directly job-related experience recommended
