Roles & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
As the Private Entities Processor, the ideal candidate will be tasked with reviewing and processing private entity investments while assisting clients (via phone, email, or in-person) with any questions or concerns related to their private entity investments. The Private Entities Processor will be the bridge for communication between the Private Entities Department and adjacent departments such as Transfers, Sales, Post Closing, etc. In addition, the Private Entity Processor will also perform entry-level tasks as assigned by the Private Entities Supervisor, and train on departmental processes and procedures to become a Specialist in the Private Entities Department.
- Process and review new private entity investments
- Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding their investment
- Train to become a Private Entities Specialist in the PE Department
- Communicate with clients via telephone, emails, zoom meetings, etc.
- Provide proper notation on all files, call logs, emails, and incoming mail in Salesforce
- Ensure documentation is processed and fully executed by authorized signers
- Attend all required department meetings, trainings, and Q15s
- Performs other job-related duties as required
Education & Experience
- A high school diploma is required
- A minimum of 6 months of directly job-related experience recommended
Skills & Qualifications
- Time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented
- Notary certification preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
