Key Responsibilities:

• Industry Analysis: Regularly track and analyze development trends in target industries. Conduct detailed industry research and compile comprehensive reports.
• Pre-Investment Engagement: Actively participate in all aspects of pre-investment processes for potential investment projects. This includes due diligence, business negotiations, transaction plan formulation, and writing project feasibility analysis reports.
• Post-Investment Management: Take charge of the management and strategic disposal of invested projects post-investment.
• Additional Responsibilities: Execute other tasks as assigned by the department head, contributing to the team and fund’s overall success.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Accounting. Higher qualification in a related field is a plus.
• At least five years of relevant work experience in equity investment. Candidates with a background in Real Estate or AI industries will be given priority.
• Experience in handling complete project cycles – from fundraising and investment to management and exit strategies.
• Exceptional execution, communication, analytical, and learning abilities. Must be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to take responsibility and contribute to the company's growth.
• Mandarin and English bilinguals are greatly desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
