Job Description
This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.

This position is responsible for timely, accurate, and efficient processing of trades or transactions caught in surveillance systems. Identify issues or problems using research skills and knowledge of relevant systems. Notify relevant participants (internal to the company or representatives in the field) of items required to clear the issue and move the transaction ahead.
What you do
- Troubleshoot & resolve issues with daily trade transactions.
- Support the processing functions and complete daily processing of transactions.
- Adhere to all service standards, deadlines, compliance regulations, and laws including but not limited to policies & procedures, NASD/NYSE, FINRA, SEC, and/or other legislative requirements.
- Contribute to continuous procedure documentation modifications to maintain up-to-date instructions.
- Take ownership of and organize assigned Data Review process to create efficiencies and time savings.
- Coordinate incoming requests and process appropriately.
- Perform communication to field representatives regarding items requiring attention.
- Support Back Office Operations processing with various functions as needed.
What you bring
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Less than 2 years previous Customer Service Experience required.
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel required.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to perform detail-oriented research will be required for success in this role.
- Previous experience in the Securities or Insurance industries preferred.
- Accurate data entry skills required.
- Problem solving ability required.
- Ability to work both independently with limited supervision and as part of a team.
