Investigator - Product Liability Law Firm

The Ammons Law Firm, a leading personal injury Law Firm specializing in Product Liability Law, is seeking a skilled and versatile Investigator to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct due diligence during pre-litigation, perform witness investigations during litigation, and provide trial support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations, including scene and vehicle inspections, and workplace inspections
• Identify, contact, and interview potential witnesses, obtaining sworn statements
• Attend trials and support attorneys in presenting cases to juries
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and friendly demeanor
• Utilize common technology programs and adapt to new ones as needed

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of crash investigations, including scene and vehicle inspections
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in common technology programs
• Willingness to learn new technology as required
• Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks, from hands-on investigations to desk work and trial support
• Ability to travel frequently within Houston and surrounding areas, as well as across the country on short notice
• Professional appearance and demeanor

This is a full-time, in-office position that demands a unique blend of skills and adaptability. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in various settings and able to transition seamlessly between field work, office tasks, and trial support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
