We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Pre-Seizure Specialist for a Labor Category. Responsibilities
- Provides pre-seizure investigative assistance to Special Agents in support of on-going major criminal investigations.
- Performs complex case-related research by reviewing and analyzing questions at issue and reviewing the facts of the case; prepares summaries and digests of pertinent data, compiles indexes, prepares trial material, and summarizes depositions or other transcripts.
- Conducts liaison functions between the investigation and the attorney designated to prosecute the case.
- Reviews the status of cases to determine whether current or proposed actions are sound.
- May take the lead to achieve the goal of the investigation, assuring the work meets contract and Government requirements and is delivered on time.
- Creates administrative and technical procedures to accomplish the assigned tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree; or Paralegal Certificate; or High School Diploma/GED and eight-years' paralegal or other law enforcement experience; Criminal Justice degree a plus
- Supervisory or project management experience preferred
- Experience in conducting research using a variety of automated tools and software
- Excellent communication skills; oral and written
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other common software applications and databases, advance skills preferred
- Proven commitment and expertise to provide excellent customer service; positive and flexible; ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a team environment, deliver the highest quality of work, and maintain a professional disposition under extreme pressure
This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation.

Target salary range: $64,480.00 - $68,035.00. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
