Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage inventory control processes and procedures - Coordinate and lead inventory counts and audits - Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions - Monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock levels - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory management strategies - Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with inventory records - Utilize data visualization tools to track and report on inventory performance - Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes - Train and mentor team members on proper inventory handling procedures - Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment Requirements: - Previous experience in inventory management or related field - Proficiency in using forklifts and other materials handling equipment - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and materials management principles - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns - Familiarity with production planning and distribution center operations - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in recording and tracking inventory - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
