The Inventory Control Specialist/ Permitting Assistant manages the inventory process for equipment distribution to high-volume agencies located across the country and assists with everyday duties in the Permitting Department.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Manage the inventory on hand at terminals by keeping accurate records of all equipment distributed from the corporate office
- Communicate with agents by phone call and email in order to determine agents' inventory needs and to assist the agents in the documentation process of their inventory
- Manage inventory tracking system and stock levels by means of updating spreadsheets
- Produce documented processes which will assist the agent/ terminal manager in understanding their responsibilities as one who has been given inventory to keep at their terminal office
- Monitor demand and analyze inventory data for each terminal that is part of the inventory program to determine future supply needs
- Collaborate with members of the onboarding team to keep a consistent flow and solid controls in place for the inventory process
- Improve inventory control procedures based on feedback from agents, the team, & collected data

Schedule:
- 8:30AM-5PM
- Monday to Friday
