Inventory Specialist - Kalamazoo, Mi (Mon - Fri, 7Am - 3:30Pm)

Job Summary: Join RS Integrated Supply, a leading global provider of supply chain services, as a Logistics Associate. This on-site role involves diverse tasks such as receiving, stocking, issuing, inventory management, and client interaction. Your primary responsibility is to efficiently meet client parts and inventory needs, ensuring a seamless supply chain process.

Compensation & Shift:

• $19 - $21
• Working Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to safety and security procedures, reporting any concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies
• Deliver high-level customer service to internal and external clients
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and SOPs
• Receive and process purchased materials, verifying against packing slip and PO
• Issue materials to clients, stage, kit, and perform tagging as required
• Keep the storeroom organized and support special projects as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Willing to obtain forklift certification (we will provide the training)
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills
• Basic computer proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Inventory Management Systems
• Ability to learn and proficiently identify parts
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Adherence to procedures and deadlines
• Strong problem analysis and resolution abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
