Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for the awareness, accuracy, and Inter-Company (ICT) movement of all raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts across all facilities to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Manage the Post Production Inventory (PPI) process.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to optimize inventory levels and minimize excess stock.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including issues related to shipment errors, returns, and damages.
- Prepare and present regular inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics such as stock turnover rates, inventory accuracy, and aging stock.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inventory management processes.
- Facilitate year end physical inventory across all facilities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or similar role.
- Manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
