Inventory Manager

Evansville Youth Hockey Association is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Purchasing and Inventory Management Manager.

Responsibilities:

Generate and analyze inventory reports and order sports equipment, uniforms and related supplies accordingly.

Create and track purchase orders from suppliers.

Keep a log of fabric purchase orders.

Provide a monthly forecast report.

Maintaining and monitoring weekly reports of open orders from suppliers.

Maintains necessary records of confirmed purchases, prices and deliveries to support sales, production and delivery needs.

Search for new suppliers.

Qualifications:

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Strong written and oral communication skills are required.

Creative, analytical skills and attention to detail.

An independent person with the ability to learn quickly.

A team player with a “can do” attitude when dealing with difficult situations, results oriented and has strong problem solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
