Inventory Manager

Road Warrior is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team and help contribute to our company’s success and growth. This role will involve overseeing the Parts Specialists, negotiating pricing, sourcing parts/supplies, and tracking/maintaining optimal levels and accurate item counts in all service trucks as well as our physical shop locations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Counting or using computerized inventory monitoring or supply chain software tools to track stock levels accurately
• Conducting regular cycle counts to determine available inventory
• Assisting Parts Specialists in sourcing, ordering, and purchasing inventory when necessary
• Addressing problems in supply and delivery and finding appropriate solutions
• Studying sales numbers and forecasting future inventory needs
• Answer phone calls, coordinate, and assist with after-hours/weekend calls and call schedules

Requirements and Skills:

• Well-rounded mathematical skills
• Strong Inventory Management with both periodic and perpetual systems
• Excellent organizational skills and especially keen attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, especially Excel spreadsheets

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Inventory Management or relative field required
• 3 years of relevant job experience is required
• Management experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
• Must be able to drive a motor vehicle.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Full Time Position
• Some remote work may be required nights/weekends

Compensation:

• Salary
• Base: $60K - $80K
